Reaching a top position in Google for relevant keyword searches for your own website is a very difficult and almost impossible marketing task.
This is where our website comes in - to help you to use the power of Google to market your hotel. In order to advertise your hotel on our website, you have to do the following:
- Register to our website by clicking the link "New here" in the topmost right-hand corner of our site.
- Please make sure that as e-mail address, you use the e-mail address that you would like messages from potential hotel guests to go to. After submitting your contact details, we will send a confirmation e-mail to that e-mail address. This e-mail contains a link that you have to click to verify your e-mail address and validate your account. This is also very important for you, because by opening this e-mail you are making sure that your e-mail system acknowledges that e-mails sent by us are not spam. Later, when messages from visitors to our website will be sent to you through our messaging system, those e-mails will end up in your inbox and not get lost by being categorised as spam.
- Now you can log in to your account and submit your hotel details to our website. Once logged in, a "FAQ" menu will be visible in the top menu bar, please read the FAQ before submitting your hotel advertisement. We suggest that you enter all details of your hotel, because our visitors will have the option to execute a very detailed search, like for example " show all hotels in Bodrum with babysitter service". You can add up to 20 pictures of your hotel and its facilities, as well as a video.
Please be advised that it is not allowed to enter a link to your own website, or your e-mail address. All advertisements will be revised by our team, and any advertisement in breach of that regulation will be deleted.
Your advertisement for your hotel will be free of charge for the first three months. You can easily extend this period by another two months, by adding a link to a your own website that points to us. Please use " best hotels Turkey" as text, with an underlying link pointing to www.best-hotel-turkey.com. Ideally, integrate or add this text or a similar text (containing ("hotel" and "Turkey" in any language) to the content of your website's main page. In your own interest, make sure that the link is underlined and has a different colour than the other text on your website - Google penalises every website that uses so-called stealth links.
As soon as your link is online, please send an e-mail to us through the "Contact us" form on our website giving your username and the exact URL where the link can be found. We will verify your link and then set your hotel advertisement as free of charge for the first five months.
A few days before your free advertisement expires, we will send you a reminder e-mail and you will have the option to upgrade your advertisement for the period of another full year. Please be advised, that it is not possible to advertise the same hotel free of charge for a second time under a second account.
The prices for regular advertising after the free period start from 249,00 Euros. Please check our pricing plans in the members area after log-in.
You can pay for your advertisement through PayPal, by credit card (secure payment via 2CO), or by bank transfer to Garanti Bank, Turkey. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will email the banking details to you. After paying through PayPal or by credit card, your advertisement's status will be adjusted automatically. If you pay by bank transfer, please make sure to mention the name and location of your hotel in the payment, and send an e-mail to us after the payment is done, so that we can manually change the status of your advertisement.
Before your paid advertisement expires, you will again receive a reminder e-mail from us.
